Beastlete Athletic Apparel, LLC offers fully customized team apparel. No matter your needs, we can take care of you and your team!

 

  • Average Turnaround: 21-25 days (From day order is paid and products are approved):
    • Products are cut, sewn, printed and then shipped to your location. Some orders may be quicker and some may take additional time but this is our standard turnaround time. We can rush orders but additional costs may be involved and this must be determined prior to the order being submitted.

 

  • No minimums! However, pricing is influence by quantity. If your team grows in size after an order, we can still make your products. Original pricing most likely will not carry over to the secondary order. Although it may be the same product, color changes and other changes can influence this pricing as well. (Example: 200 tee shirts total but 5 different colors for 40 each color)

 

  • FREE Design! We offer free design and mock ups with your order. Unlimited revisions until we get it just how you want the design! We will do a simple, concept based mock before an order but once the order has been placed, we can provide a full mock up for how the produce will look before it heads to production. Once a mock-up has been approved by you, starting again from scratch can result in additional fees. Under most circumstances, we cannot build your entire design for you. You need to have a concept and rough idea. We will help touch up designs and can offer ideas/suggestions but in most cases, full illustrations with little to no creation on your end will not be available. If time and resources are available for this, additional charges are likely to be added.

  • Payment must be submitted before items go into production. Due to our custom products migrating to 168 Apparel at the end of the year, we are currently only accepting full payments to start an order. School systems are exception from this policy. Contact us if you have any questions.

Custom/Team Order Information

 

In some cases, we will send pictures of actual produced products via email/text for product approval. This will show the colors, size and placement of designs, and overall look of the product. Once product has been approved, we cannot make changes. We will make the products based on what you approve and cannot guarantee that they match non-Beastlete products that you base a design or outfit/uniform on (Ex. Team hats, pants/shorts, etc).  Any changes that need made post-approval (including once shipment has been received), are subject to additional charges.  There are no refunds for customized products as they are made-to-order (Exceptions being if product is produced completely wrong).

 

We encourage teams/groups to order a few extra products due to the customization of each product. This will save the team from needing to place an additional order of very few items (at a higher cost) if a player is added to the team or some other reason for needing additional products. It is easier, cheaper, and quicker to order a couple of extras than the alternative.

 

We ask that each team order provides us with just one point of contact. Multiple points of contact can create conflicting answers regarding the order and can reduce the efficiency in which we operate.

 

Unless an error is made in the production of the product, Beastlete will not take responsibility for sizing issues. Products in need of a size change are subject to additional charges.  There will be no refunds for products that do not fit unless an error has been made on our end.

Changes to an order after 24 hours from order submission, are subject to charges. This includes, but is not limited to, design, sizes, colors, and other details.

 

Any invoice that has not been paid within 15 days of the due date, the order/invoice will be cancelled/voided. Please note that quoted pricing is only valid for 30 days.

 

If your team/group has a deadline, this deadline needs to be established prior to submitting the order. A deadline cannot be moved up once the original deadline has been set and order has been submitted. We do everything in our power to get the shipment to your door prior to the deadline but we cannot always guarantee that will be the case. We will provide the tracking number once it has been generated. Once the shipment is in the hands of USPS, we cannot take responsibility for the shipment.  Please make sure your final payment is submitted in a timely manner to prevent a delay in shipment. Products do not ship until full payment has been submitted.
