Does Beastlete make custom gear?

Our subsidiary company, 168 Apparel will be handling all of our custom apparel starting in January 2021 but for the time being, Beastlete does do custom gear! For more information, email BeastleteTeamOrders@gmail.com

How do I place a bulk order?

We do bulk orders as well as full team/league orders. Please email us at  if you are interested in large orders. Our subsidiary company, 168 Apparel will be handling the custom side of bulk orders starting in January 2021.

What are the shipping options?

We ship packages via USPS and they average 3-5 day delivery.

How long does it take for my package to ship once I order?

We usually ship packages out within 1-2 business days.  Our business days are considered Monday-Friday but we can be reached 7 days a week and most hours of the day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. If you are from Canada please select the Canada shipping option. The rest of the world choses the other international option.

What are your payment options?

We accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments.

Why isn't my discount code working?

The codes are case sensitive so be careful when entering them.

What is your policy on returns & refunds?

Beastlete wants you to have a great shopping experience. Our customers are our top concern. If you don’t fully love your product, we’re here to help.

We will accept returns or refunds on most products within 30 days of the date the package was delivered.
When in need of a return, please email Contact@beastlete.com to notify of the reason for a return.
We will email you the return label. Labels are through USPS.
Products can be exchanged or refunded. We refund via the way you paid. If you used a giftcard, the refund will be added to the giftcard. Please allow a few days for the refunded money to appear in your PayPal or bank account due to processing times.
We do one return on the product for free. If the second attempt is a fail as well, you as the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
We will not refund until the returned product is in our hands.
Custom products cannot be returned.
Undergarments and shaker bottles cannot be returned for sanitation concerns. If a shaker arrives damaged, submit a picture to Contact@beastlete.com and we can replace.
Beastlete needs notified of products that arrive damaged as soon as possible.
Products that are being returned for not damaged on arrival reasons need to be returned undamaged, unworn, unwashed and not dried in a dryer.
Altered products will not be accepted such as a size label cut out or any sort of cutting of the product.
Products returned with deodorant, perfume, makeup, stains in general or other scents such as smoke will not be accepted. Products covered in pet hair will be denied a refund/exchange as well. They will be shipped back to you at a cost to you and/or your refund will be denied.
