Does Beastlete make custom gear?

Yes! We have many accounts that are outfitted by Beastlete. We can manufacture 100% customizable apparel and gear for your team/group. If it’s apparel, we can do it. For more information check out our Team Orders page.  In some cases we can make custom orders for individuals. To request custom gear, email us at

How do I place a bulk order?

We do bulk orders as well as full team/league orders. Please email us at  if you are interested in large orders.

What are the shipping options?

We ship packages via USPS and they average 3-5 day delivery. We also have the expedited option which gets the package to you in under 3 days on average.

How long does it take for my package to ship once I order?

We usually ship packages out within 1-2 business days.  Our business days are considered Monday-Friday but we can be reached 7 days a week and most hours of the day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. If you are from Canada please select the Canada shipping option. The rest of the world choses the other international option.

What are your payment options?

We accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments.

Why isn't my discount code working?

The codes are case sensitive so be careful when entering them. During our big sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc) we deactivate the codes until the sale is over.

What is your policy on returns & refunds?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will resolve the issue. We can exchange the item or provide a refund.

Shaker bottles cannot be returned due to sanitation reasons.

Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

We do not accept returns on customized products.

We will mail the exchange and/or issue the refund upon receiving the return.
